Comfort Inn

Recently renovated so it still has clean and properly functioning facilities like shower, toilet, sink. No elevators. Breakfast included is decent but staff keeps nagging about guests going for seconds.

Good stay, was nice and clean. Basic hotel, could see some areas were looking older. Breakfast could be a bit better.

Pros: Comfortable beds and sufficient space for 4 people and a dog. Shower pressure and hot water was great. Breakfast is provided with the price of the room and was served nice and early starting at 6.30am. The coffee maker was out of service but they made sure coffee was still available (from the nearby Tim Hortons) and there was a member of staff at the breakfast area who was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included some eggs, sausage, potatoes, make-your-own waffles, yogurt, toast and cereal. We also liked the location of the hotel as it was within walking distance to several restaurants and a DQ is right next door! Cons: we booked the room and prepaid through a 3rd party provider but there were issues when we tried to check-in as the hotel could not process the payment made by the third party.. after calling the third party and some back and forth with the check-in desk, they ended up cancelling the original booking and had me pay upfront at the hotel and get a refund later. Not sure if it was an error on the hotel's side of the third party.. It was a bit of a nuisance to deal with but it all worked out in the end.

Staff are very accommodating and understandable of medical needs. Front dest staff are welcoming and friendly. Rooms are clean. But there always seems to have rowdy guests slamming doors. Thankfully we were so tired we were able to get to sleep Definitely recommend the Comfort Inn because of convenience

The first night was pretty good, bed was comfortable, breakfast had a good Choice, the 2 night the bed was awful, mention’s it to the front desk that the bed was bas, seems smash in. The breakfast was Shaun excellent. The person that was taking care of the breakfast was attentive to details.

Great little two story be hotel, close to lots of food choices, our room was nice and clean. The bed was soft and warm, the shower had nice hot water and good pressure. very welcoming at the front desk. Breakfast was good. Breakfast area was nice and clean, not sticky. There are pet friendly rooms Would definitely recommend this hotel

Always a decent stay. Have only stayed for work purposes but Everytime I have had zero issues. The rooms are decently clean as well as the interior hallways/lobby. The ground floor rooms are nice with access to the parking lot by sliding door, is a nice convenience when you have work tools to bring in each night. Could use better breakfast buffet as it’s pretty basic and no fruit when we stayed

The benchmark for polite service from all the staff, comfortable beds, actual tv channel listings, cleanliness, hot breakfast, parking with a trailer, location has been set. All of which have been consist for all our visits which is why this has become our, "Go to Motel," whenever visiting Sudbury.
